Terms and Conditions
GENERAL PROVISIONS

- These Terms and Conditions (hereafter referred to as 'T&C') apply to websites, game servers, the Steam group, and any other content that belongs to OUPRO. The T&C also apply to Steam profiles and social media accounts of administrators, subsidiaries, and affiliated individuals of OUPRO. OUPRO is an association of game servers, including its owner and administrators. The owner of these game servers determines which game servers belong to OUPRO. You can view the current status of the server list on the homepage www.oupro.gg or in the Steam group.
- The Administration of the website www.oupro.gg (hereafter referred to as the Administration) hereby offers any capable individual (hereafter referred to as the User) to use the services provided on the website www.oupro.gg (hereafter referred to as the Project) under the terms of these T&C.
- Acceptance of these T&C is carried out by the actions of the User, indicating acceptance (conclusive actions), including but not limited to, authorization on the Project (login via Steam), the use of the Project's website and related pages on the Internet, downloading software provided on the Project's website, or any other method that demonstrates the User's intention to use the services provided by the Administration.

Considering the importance of the above, the User is strongly advised to carefully review the contents of these T&C, as well as any attached appendices (if any) and additional documents (Project Rules) that regulate the activities of the Project. In case of disagreement with any provision of the mentioned documents, it is recommended to refrain from purchasing or using the services provided by the Administration.

1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

1.1. The Project is an identified location on the Internet (virtual space) where information is placed, presented, and structured in a certain way. For the purposes of these T&C, the Project is recognized as the website located on the Internet at the address: www.oupro.gg
1.2. The User is a capable individual who has accepted these T&C. The User must be at least 16 years old. By logging in with their Steam account, ordering VIP, joining our game servers, or joining our Steam group, the User confirms that they are at least 16 years old.
1.3. A Steam account is the User's Steam account required for using the Project. The User logs in to their Account through the Steam service for authorization. Each account is associated with a unique SteamID for interactions.
1.4. Services refer to the services provided by the Administration within the framework of the Project. The complete list of services provided by the Administration is specified in Section 2. Agreements; all other services are provided by third parties under conditions determined by such third parties.
1.5. Project Rules refer to the set of rules that govern the operation of the Project. The list of such rules and the procedure for their application are described in Section 3. Project Rules.

2. Agreements

2.1. Under this Agreement, the Administration provides the User with free services for using the Project. These services include the following:
2.1.1 Provision of the opportunity to use the website www.oupro.gg, including its browsing, Steam Account authentication;

2.2. The services are provided remotely online through the Internet, and as a result, the User obtains the outcome of the services at the moment of their provision, which is recorded by the software used by the Administration (logging).
2.3. Within the scope of the Project, the User, having an Account, gains the opportunity to use it in the following list of electronic resources, software:
2.3.1 The Project's website - www.oupro.gg;
2.3.2 The Administration has the right to modify (add, reduce) the list of such electronic resources by posting relevant information on the Project's website www.oupro.gg. Separate notification to each User is not required, as the User undertakes to regularly monitor changes to this T&C.

2.4. The electronic resources mentioned in section 2.3 of the Agreements also allow Users to experience new interactions among themselves, additional gameplay formats in the computer game CS:GO through the use of a game mode developed and maintained by the Administration (hereinafter referred to as 'Services'). The following electronic services in the Internet are considered as part of these Services:
- Discord (www.discord.com);
- Team Speak (www.teamspeak.com)
In addition to the mentioned electronic resources, the User is provided with the opportunity to use additional features on game servers operating within the scope of the Project. The Administration only provides informational and technical support for such use of additional features. Paid services on the respective game server are provided by third parties in accordance with the rules and conditions of each server.

3. Project Rules

3.1. The Project Rules include the following list of documents regulating the Project's activities:
3.1.1. The Project Rules include the following documents, available at the link - www.oupro.gg/rules
3.1.2. The other rules, including both their main pages and subpages, etc., posted on the Project's website, are also part of the Project Rules.

3.2. The Project Rules apply within the scope of the Project, official Project groups on social media, Discord, as well as in-game processes within additional features.
3.3. The Project Rules are mandatory for all Users to follow and constitute an integral part of this T&C.
3.4. The Administration oversees the compliance with the Project Rules as a whole. On individual game servers, compliance with the Project Rules is monitored by their administrators. For violations of the Project Rules, both the Administration and the administrators of the respective game servers have the right to apply measures of responsibility as stipulated in the Project Rules and T&C. If the Project Rules provide for different measures of responsibility for offenders compared to the T&C, the rules of the Project take precedence.
3.5. The Administration reserves the right to make changes to the Project Rules at any time without mandatory notification to Users. The current version of the Project Rules is always available on the Project's website.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

4.1. The User undertakes to:
4.1.1. Review the T&C and Project Rules at least once every 14 days and independently monitor any changes made to them;
4.1.2. Not to use any equipment, devices, software, or other methods to interfere with the Administration's activities in any form during the provision of services;
4.1.3. To use the functionality of the provided Project only for its intended purpose;
4.1.4. To fulfill other obligations provided by the T&C and Project Rules.

4.2. The User has the right to:
4.2.1. Demand proper fulfillment of the T&C by the Administration;
4.2.2. Use the provided services throughout the entire duration of their validity;
4.2.3. Submit proposals to the Administration for improving the quality of the Project, services, and additional features;
4.2.4. Exercise other rights provided by the T&C and Project Rules.

4.3. The Administration undertakes to:
4.3.1. Provide services in a qualitative and complete manner in accordance with the T&C.
4.3.2. Maintain the availability of the Project and its proper functioning throughout the entire duration of the Agreement, but taking into account possible disruptions, technical limitations, etc., as specified in the T&C.
4.3.3. Provide services using methods not prohibited by the current legislation of Europe.

4.4. The Administration has the right to:
4.4.1. Suspend the provision of services in case of technical malfunctions or other valid reasons determined at the discretion of the Administration.
4.4.2. Require the User to comply with the T&C and Project Rules.
4.4.3. Apply measures of responsibility towards Users who violate the T&C and Project Rules.
4.4.4. At any time, modify the design of the Project, its content, modify or supplement the used or stored software, and other objects, any server applications, with or without prior notice to the User.
4.4.5. Set additional restrictions within the Project and also modify such restrictions at any time.

5. The procedure for entry into force, duration, amendments, and termination of the T&C:

5.1. The T&C comes into effect from the moment the User accepts its conditions through acceptance, in the manner established by the T&C.
5.2. The current T&C has an indefinite duration.
5.3. Any of the Parties has the right to unilaterally terminate the T&C at any time.
5.4. The Administration has the right to make any changes to this T&C without prior notification to the User. The new version of this T&C becomes effective at the moment of its publication on the website (www.oupro.gg), unless otherwise specified in the new version of the T&C. The User is considered to have unconditionally accepted the terms of this T&C if, after their publication on the website (www.oupro.gg) (coming into effect), the User continues to use the services within the Project.
5.5. The Administration has the right to terminate the provision of services to the User, with a unilateral refusal to continue cooperation, in the following cases:
— violations of the T&C and Project Rules;
— any actions of the User that result in a malfunction of the Project or its individual parts;
— the use of Project services for unlawful and/or dishonest purposes;
— in other cases provided by the T&C, Project Rules, and legislation of Europe.

6. Force Majeure

6.1. Due to the use of computer and other equipment, communication channels, and/or computer programs owned by third parties during the provision of services, the Parties agree that the Administration is not responsible for any delays, interruptions, direct or indirect damage, or losses resulting from defects in any electronic or mechanical equipment and/or computer programs, or due to other objective technological reasons, as well as due to the actions or inactions of third parties, data transmission or connection problems, power failures. The Administration is not liable in case the User cannot access the Project services, but strives to achieve uninterrupted operation of the Project.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

7.1. The Project is provided on an 'as is' basis, without any warranties of quality and fitness for any explicit or implied purposes of specific User(s).
7.2. The Administration does not guarantee that the Project will operate continuously and without errors.
7.3. The Administration has the right (and this is an essential condition for providing services) to deny access to all Users or any of them temporarily or permanently, without explaining the reasons, and to delete any information or content posted by the User within the Project.
7.4. The Administration does not guarantee and is not responsible for the accuracy, relevance, harmlessness, and authenticity of information posted on third-party internet resources, links to which are posted within the Project. When following these links, the User acknowledges that they act solely at their own risk. The User confirms that they use the Project services at their own risk and understands that the Administration is not liable for third-party internet resources, software that are currently or may be linked to the Project at the moment or in the future.
7.5. The Administration does not guarantee that any information posted by users within the Project will meet the criteria of authenticity, accuracy, and relevance. The Administration does not guarantee that information posted by other users cannot cause moral harm, harm to health, or losses to the User.

8. Project Support

8.1. Any User has the opportunity to support the Project.
8.2. All privileges and their capabilities, prices, and deadlines are specified on the page - www.oupro.gg/vip
8.3. Contributing funds for support is considered a donation, which should be used by the Administration to maintain and develop the Project. The User realizes and understands that since the purpose of the donation is to support the Project both at present and in the future, providing a report on the use of the received funds from a specific User is not feasible. By making such a contribution to the Project, the User is aware that the donation is non-refundable.
8.4. The Administration reserves the right to provide personalized bonuses at its discretion to Users who have supported the Project.

9. Right to Withdraw

9.1. If you top up your balance, you have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days, counting from the moment of successful top-up. To exercise the right to withdraw, you must inform us by letter or email with your personal data, transaction details, and your decision to withdraw in an unambiguous statement.
9.2. If you withdraw from the present agreement, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery expenses. This does not include your bank fees.
9.3. Any right to withdraw will be declined if you have purchased any service on our project's server using the balance of your account.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. The User is not entitled to transfer (assign) any of their rights and/or obligations under this T&C to any third party without the written consent of the Administration.
9.2. In the event that any of the provisions and/or clauses of this T&C and/or the rules of the Project are deemed invalid, it shall not affect the validity of other provisions/clauses of this T&C, the rules of the Project, and their overall enforcement, as if such provision had never been part of this T&C or the rules of the Project.
