Welcome to OUPRO.gg ("we", "us", "our", or the "Service"). By accessing or using our website, game servers, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

OUPRO.gg is an independent community project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation. Counter-Strike 2, Steam, and all related trademarks and intellectual property are the sole property of Valve Corporation. Our use of these trademarks is for identification purposes only and does not imply any partnership or endorsement.

1. Description of Service

OUPRO.gg provides:

  • Counter-Strike 2 game servers — community-driven servers with custom game modes including Deathmatch (DM), Retake, 1v1, AWP, and other modes
  • Skin Changer — a free, purely cosmetic server-side tool allowing players to customize the visual appearance of their weapons, agents, gloves, knives, music kits, stickers, and coins while playing on our servers. This feature is entirely cosmetic, does not modify game files, does not affect your Steam account or inventory, and is not a cheat or exploit
  • Player profiles and leaderboards — statistics tracking, ratings, and rankings
  • Balance system — a dual-currency system for purchasing privileges and services (real-money balance and in-game currency)
  • VIP and Premium privileges — enhanced features and perks available through balance purchases

2. Account and Authentication

2.1 Steam Account

To use certain features of the Service, you must sign in with your Steam account. By signing in, you:

  • Confirm that you are the rightful owner of the Steam account
  • Authorize us to access your public Steam profile information (Steam ID, display name, avatar, profile URL)
  • Acknowledge that you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

2.2 Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Steam account
  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account on our platform
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account

2.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Cheating, exploiting, or abusing our servers or services
  • Toxic behavior, harassment, or threats toward other players or staff
  • Attempting to manipulate leaderboards, statistics, or ratings
  • Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes

3. Balance System and Purchases

3.1 Dual Currency

OUPRO.gg uses a dual-currency balance system:

  • Real-money balance — topped up via supported payment methods. Real-money balance can be used to purchase VIP/Premium privileges, in-game currency, and other paid services
  • In-game currency — earned through gameplay activity (playing on servers, achievements, etc.) or purchased with real-money balance. In-game currency can be used for certain services and features within the platform

Both currencies are tied to your account and are non-transferable between accounts.

3.2 Balance Top-Up

  • Real-money balance is added after successful payment processing by a third-party payment provider
  • We do not store your credit card numbers or banking credentials
  • Top-up amounts and payment methods are displayed at the time of purchase
  • We reserve the right to set minimum and maximum top-up amounts

3.3 No Refund Policy

All balance top-ups and purchases are non-refundable. By topping up your balance or purchasing any service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Funds added to your balance are considered spent on digital services and are non-refundable
  • Digital goods (VIP privileges, in-game currency, etc.) are delivered immediately and you waive the right to a refund upon delivery
  • No refund will be issued for unused balance, unused time on privileges, early termination, account bans, server downtime, or any other reason
  • Filing a chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate and permanent ban from all OUPRO.gg services without further notice, and the disputed amount will be treated as a debt
  • In-game currency earned through gameplay has no real monetary value and cannot be exchanged, withdrawn, or refunded

4. VIP and Premium Privileges

4.1 Purchase Terms

  • VIP and Premium privileges ("Privileges") are purchased using real-money balance or in-game currency and are granted to your account immediately
  • Privileges are tied to your Steam account and are non-transferable
  • All purchases are considered final upon delivery

4.2 Service Availability

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of VIP or Premium features
  • Server maintenance, updates, game patches by Valve, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect the availability of Privileges
  • We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove VIP/Premium features at any time
  • Server shutdowns, relocations, or game mode changes do not entitle you to a refund

4.3 Privilege Duration and Expiration

  • Privileges are valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase
  • Expired Privileges are not automatically renewed unless otherwise specified
  • We are not obligated to notify you before your Privileges expire
  • Account bans do not pause or extend the duration of purchased Privileges

5. Skin Changer

5.1 Nature of the Service

The Skin Changer is a free, purely cosmetic feature provided by OUPRO.gg. It is important to understand that:

  • The Skin Changer changes only the visual appearance of items on OUPRO.gg game servers. It is a server-side configuration that has no effect outside of our servers
  • Skin changes are visible exclusively on OUPRO.gg servers and do not persist in any other game, server, or context
  • The Skin Changer does not modify, alter, or interact with your Steam inventory, Steam account, VAC status, Trust Factor, game files, or any Valve services in any way
  • The Skin Changer does not grant you ownership, license, or any rights to any skins, items, or digital assets in your Steam inventory or elsewhere
  • The Skin Changer does not inject code, modify game memory, intercept network traffic, or alter the CS2 game client in any form. It operates entirely within the game server's built-in configuration capabilities
  • The Skin Changer is not a cheat, hack, or exploit. It uses standard Source 2 engine server-side features to change item appearance for connected players
  • OUPRO.gg makes no representations regarding the compatibility of the Skin Changer with Valve's Terms of Service or any other third-party policies. Use of the Skin Changer is at your own discretion

5.2 No Affiliation with Valve

The cosmetic items displayed through the Skin Changer are the intellectual property of Valve Corporation. OUPRO.gg does not claim ownership of any weapon skins, agents, gloves, or other CS2 cosmetic assets. The Skin Changer is provided solely for entertainment purposes on our community servers.

5.3 Availability

  • The Skin Changer is provided "as is" without warranty
  • We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the Skin Changer at any time
  • Certain skins or items may become unavailable due to game updates by Valve

6. Game Server Rules

By connecting to our game servers, you agree to:

  • Fair Play — do not use cheats, exploits, hacks, or any form of unfair advantage
  • Respect — treat other players and staff with respect; harassment, hate speech, racism, and threats are prohibited
  • No Abuse — do not abuse bugs, exploits, or glitches; report them to administrators
  • Follow Instructions — comply with instructions from server administrators and moderators
  • No Advertising — do not promote other services, servers, or products without permission

Violation of server rules may result in temporary or permanent bans without prior warning.

7. Intellectual Property

  • OUPRO.gg and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws
  • OUPRO.gg is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation
  • Counter-Strike 2, Steam, Source 2, and all related trademarks, logos, and intellectual property are the sole property of Valve Corporation
  • We do not claim ownership of any Valve intellectual property. All Valve-related content is used for identification and community purposes only
  • User-submitted content (forum posts, feedback, etc.) may be used by us to improve the Service

8. Disclaimers

7.1 "As Is" Service

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • Any errors or defects will be corrected
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations

7.2 Third-Party Dependencies

Our Service relies on third-party infrastructure and services including:

  • Valve Corporation — Steam authentication, Counter-Strike 2 game engine, game updates. OUPRO.gg is not responsible for any changes Valve may make to Steam, CS2, or their policies
  • Hosting providers — server infrastructure and network connectivity
  • Payment processors — payment handling for balance top-ups

We are not responsible for outages, changes, or disruptions caused by third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We shall not be liable for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
  • We shall not be liable for any actions taken by Valve Corporation, including but not limited to changes to CS2, Steam, or their Terms of Service
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount of real-money balance remaining on your account at the time of the claim (or $50 USD, whichever is less)

This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OUPRO.gg, its operators, administrators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of third parties
  • Any content you submit or make available through the Service

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Material changes may be announced through our website or Discord. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through informal negotiation first.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
