Agreement

By connecting to our servers or visiting the official website of the project, you automatically agree to these rules and undertake to follow them.

1. General Provisions

1.1 Mandatory Compliance

Our project rules are mandatory for all players, regardless of gender, nationality, and religion.

1.2 Player Definition

Any person who connects to the game server is considered a player. Administration and privileged players are not different from others - a player is a player.

1.3 Rule Changes

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove rules at any time. Any changes to the rules will be announced on the Discord server.

1.4 Repeated Violations

In case of repeated violation of a rule, the potential punishment period is doubled, and with each additional violation, the punishment period is multiplied.

1.5 Punishment Severity

Punishments depend not on the quantity of violations but on their severity.

1.6 New Violations

If a violation occurs that has not been encountered before, in such cases, the head administrator or higher authorities have the right to impose individual restrictions on users.

1.7 Administrator Authority

• The administration and senior staff have a priority version of the rules, written specifically for them
• The highest administration has immunity to all rules
• The administration is not obligated to warn players before issuing punishment

1.8 Complaints

The deadline for filing a complaint regarding the rules violation is no more than one week. For offenses, the deadline is no more than 2 days.

1.9 Responsibility

Mandatory knowledge of the rules; ignorance of the rules does not exempt from responsibility.

1.10 Scope

These rules apply to all game servers of the OUPRO project.

2. Especially Important (PROHIBITED)

2.1 Third-Party Software

Use/storage of third-party software, scripts that give you any advantages over other players is prohibited.

Punishment: PERMANENT BAN

2.2 Map Exploits

Using map bugs that give you any advantages over other players is prohibited.

Punishment: KICK, BAN (some days)

2.3 Multi-Account Abuse

Using multi-account and other methods to evade punishment is prohibited.

Punishment: PERMANENT BAN (up to two times), PROJECT BLACKLIST

2.4 Rule Exploitation

Exploiting rule vulnerabilities is prohibited.

Punishment: PROJECT BLACKLIST

3. Communication and Interaction (PROHIBITED)

3.1 Poor Microphone Quality

Using a poorly adjusted or broken microphone.

Punishment: MUTE (from 5 minutes to permanent)

3.2 Discrimination

Manifestation of racism/nationalism/nazism/fascism, etc., in any form, as well as any political or religious disputes.

Punishment: MUTE+GAG (from 30 minutes)

3.3 Inappropriate Behavior

Inappropriate behavior in server communication channels.

Punishment: MUTE or GAG (from half an hour)

3.4 Offensive Remarks

Any offensive remarks regarding family, close ones, or the project.

Punishment: MUTE+GAG (permanent)

3.5 SPAM

Mass or individual distribution of commercial and other advertising or similar messages to persons who have not expressed their desire to receive them (Exception: at the request of the administrator).

Punishment: MUTE+GAG (6 hours, permanent)

3.6 Insults and Provocations

Insults and provocations through all means of information exchange, such as Discord, Skype, all types of server chats, etc. (Exception: swearing not directed at another person).

Punishment: MUTE+GAG (from 30 minutes), BAN (from 24 hours)

3.7 Voice-Changing Software

Using software that alters voice.

Punishment: MUTE (from 5 minutes, the rest of the time at the discretion of the administrator)

3.8 Begging

Requests for unbanning, granting privileges, etc.

Punishment: MUTE+GAG (from one hour)

3.9 Ignoring Administrator Warnings

Ignoring administrators' warnings that are intended to prevent players from violating the project rules. Warnings that are not related to project rules, i.e., personally invented by the administrator should be ignored, and it's recommended to file a complaint against the administrator with tags: 'causing harm to players', 'misleading', 'abuse of power'.

Punishment: KICK (one-time), BAN (from 12 hours)

3.10 Expressing Dissatisfaction

Expressing dissatisfaction with the actions of administrators (Exception: Discussion is allowed with the permission of the administrator or to discuss the actions of the administrator in a special topic on Discord using a respectful form of address).

Punishment: KICK, MUTE, GAG (from one hour)

3.11 Discussing Hacking Software

Discussing hacking software, methods of application, etc. (Exception: assisting the administrator during the performance of their duties).

Punishment: MUTE+GAG (from 30 minutes)

3.12 SCAM

Mass or individual distribution of commercial and other advertising or similar messages to persons who have not expressed their desire to receive them.

Punishment: MUTE+GAG (12 hours, permanent)

4. Gameplay (PROHIBITED)

4.1 Ghosting

Monitoring when you are dead / playing for another team / spectating with disclosure of enemy players' locations through any external communication: steam, discord, skype, social networks, messengers, etc.

Punishment: MUTE+GAG (1 hour). If not in CS:GO - BAN (1 hour).

4.2 Team Interference

Actions intentionally interfering with teammates' normal gameplay (blocking players, headshot, blocking snipers' view, bomb reset, anti-planting).

Punishment: KICK → BAN (1 hour).

4.3 Impersonating Administrator

Pretending to be an administrator (non-admin players calling for checks and so on).

Punishment: MUTE+GAG (1 hour to 3 times), BAN (1 day).

5. Nicknames, Clan Tags (PROHIBITED)

5.1 Inappropriate Nicknames

Nicknames and Clan Tags, weapon name tags containing links to external CS:GO projects, insults towards players/administration.

Punishment: Forced nickname change - KICK, BAN (from one hour)

5.2 Profile/Nickname Duplication

Duplication of a player's profile or nickname with the aim of discrediting them (Doppelganger/Mimic).

Exception: If a player allows duplication of their nickname/profile, then all users with duplicated nickname/profile will bear joint responsibility.

Punishment: Nickname change - KICK, BAN (from one day)
